Frequently asked questions
Do participants need to bring sheets?
Yes, all participants must bring sheets, pillowcases and pillowcases. The mattress in the house has a protective anti-mite cover.
Is lunch included on the first day or do we have to bring a picnic?
The contract will tell us what the first meal is. When it appears: first meal “lunch”, it means “lunch” in one of our dining rooms, without a picnic
Can we get the menu for our stay?
When you hire our services, we will provide you with a platform where you can get the menu for your stay.
If it rains or conditions do not allow the activities to be carried out, will there be a plan B?
Monitoring, together with the teaching team, will decide if the activities can be carried out. If the scheduled activity cannot be carried out, monitoring will offer the group an alternative.
If it rains and the activities cannot be carried out, will the participants be left in the hands of their managers?
No. During monitoring times, even if it rains, the monitors will take care of the participants.
Do they need to wear raincoats?
Yes, it is very necessary to wear a raincoat so that you can enjoy the scheduled activities to the fullest, in case of rain.
Does the house have WI-FI service?
Yes, the interior and exterior near the house has free wi-fi for customers.
Will we be able to have speakers and a microphone?
There is the option of renting extra equipment for your stay, such as speakers and microphones.
What time is the check-out time?
On the last day, you must leave your rooms tidy, tidy and empty before going to breakfast.
Will we have equipment to prepare for our training sessions?
Sports camps or sports stays must bring the material they deem appropriate to carry out their training.
Should they bring gel or creams for potential injuries?
The house has a small first aid kit, but the organization of the campus or stay must bring the necessary utensils and materials to be able to attend to the possible care of its participants.
Will there be bar service in the summer?
In the months of late June, July, August and September, the Collell has a bar during certain times of the day.
Will I be able to use my mobile phone?
The use of mobile phones will be regulated by the staff of each sports campus. El Collell recommends not bringing a phone during your stay at our house.
How do you treat possible allergies or intolerances?
We guarantee to treat the 14 specific intolerances marked: gluten, lactose and cow protein, nuts, egg, fish, molluscs, crustaceans, peanuts, soy, sesame, celery, sulphites and "lupines". At the same time, we offer the option of speaking directly with the kitchen service to treat those characteristics that require a more personalized treatment such as multi-allergies or diabetics.
