Football is one of the fastest ways to build a team: you need to communicate, assign roles and work together towards a common goal. In El Collell, with more than 150 hectares in La Garrotxa , you can organize a company teambuilding with football in facilities where sports clubs also hold training camps and pre-seasons.
Our facilities for practicing and organizing football matches have:
- 3 11-a-side football fields : 2 with artificial turf and 1 with natural turf.
- 5 3×3 football fields (speed football) , for short and dynamic matches with many teams at the same time.
- Bubble football : football inside giant bubbles, so that everyone can participate, whether they play football or not.
- Changing rooms and rest areas to recover after matches.
Formats: from friendly match to company tournament
We adapt to your group:
- Interdepartmental tournament on 3×3 or 11-a-side football fields.
- Friendly match to close a day of meetings.
- Combined day : football in the morning, and in the afternoon other teambuilding activities such as laser tag, the orienteering challenge or the El Collell Team Challenge.

All in one place
After the match, there's no need to move: we have more than 800 accommodation spaces , an auditorium for more than 400 people , work rooms and a kitchen with Michelin experience and local produce. We can also organize a door-to-door bus from Barcelona or Girona.

No. We adapt the format to the level of the group, and activities like bubble football or speed football are designed for everyone to participate.
Can we have an interdepartmental soccer tournament?
Yes. With 3 11-a-side football fields and 5 3×3 fields, we can have many teams play at the same time and organize a complete tournament in a single day.
Can football be combined with other activities?
Yes. You can combine it with laser tag, archery combat, orienteering, escape room or the Team Challenge El Collell, and also with meetings in the auditorium or work rooms.
